Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?

Have any of y'all see this show? Russ and I caught a few episodes of it last week, and it was absolutely hilarious. It's a game show modeled after Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, but the contestants are answering elementary school level questions, and their cheats come from a group of 10 year olds sitting on stage, answering the same questions the contestants are. Jeff Foxworthy hosts, and the contestants have the option of 'dropping out' and taking their current winnings at any time; they just have to say "I am not smarter than a 5th grader" when they do.

The questions are stupid-simple. But how many people still use what they learned in elementary school? So you get to sit on the couch and feel superior for how many elementary school level trivia questions you can answer, and laugh at the adults writhing in embarrassment on stage, because they can't remember how many states share a border with the Pacific ocean. ... or how many sides there are on a trapezoid. ... or whether or not walruses are native to the arctic. Funny stuff.
